The room was freezing, and when I called for a heater, they told me there was underfloor heating. Sure there was. We froze until morning, and we would have been better off on the street. Is this a hotel or a barn? It's practically a stable. The pillows and blankets looked like they hadn't been washed in years, men's hair covered the sheets, and the toilet was disgusting. We stayed because we had no choice, but couldn't sleep all night. It was awful. I swear my shoes were cleaner.
