Everything was wonderful.

The room itself was clean and nice, and the hotel is centrally located, easy to reach, with helpful staff. But the bed was a real problem. We arrived late at night and there was nobody available to help. The duvet and pillows had no covers, and there was hair on the duvet. We only planned to stay one night before checking out, but I couldn't sleep. I ended up without a duvet because the bed had been made so badly.

The room and kitchen had everything we needed, and we made breakfast both mornings. The fridge cooled really well, and after two nights I felt rested and able to recover from the day. The staff were excellent, polite, and courteous throughout. Kayseri’s central location made it easy to explore on foot, including the historical mosques and other sights. For anyone who wants the detail, there were a few small hairs on the duvet cover. They may have fallen there while I was putting on the clean cover, and it wasn’t dirty. The kitchen stove had a few marks that could be wiped off easily. Otherwise the toilet, bathroom, sink, counters, cupboards, and floors were very clean. It didn’t bother me. This is one of the few places I’ve stayed and been so satisfied with. I’d book it again without looking elsewhere if I return to Kayseri, and I highly recommend it.

We came for a two-day winter break with our family and had no parking problems. The place is safe and centrally located, very close to the state hospital. Our 1+0 house was clean, had new furnishings, and enough kitchenware for two people. It was great to have a washing machine, and we brought our laptop from home and enjoyed watching movies. The staff were friendly and quickly sorted out an extra bed when we asked. I’d recommend it to anyone planning to come.
