The breakfast was fresh, filling, and a good deal for what we paid. We also found nearby shops for bottled water and snacks, plus places to get meals. The room had plenty of space, large windows, a good-sized bathroom, and a vanity area. We slept comfortably, too. The staff were welcoming even though my husband and I only speak English. Mustafa and his son were especially kind, chatted with us, and let us try Turkish tea for the first time. It was over 90 degrees outside, and the AC wasn't working. Opening the windows made the room feel cooler, but that was our one complaint. We stayed at Gevher Hotel for one night.

The view is really nice, and there's free parking and space for ski equipment. The hotel itself is decent, though the price felt a little high for the rooms and service. I booked through booking.com, but at check-in I was told payment had to be in cash. Cleaning needs attention. Our room had dust and hair when we arrived, and the bathroom was in poor condition and needed maintenance. Housekeeping also kept missing something, whether water, a towel, soap, or shampoo. Breakfast was ordinary, nothing special.

The beds were very comfortable, and the windows did a good job blocking noise. We also liked the fresh breakfast. Turkish coffee is available for 25try. The staff were kind and sorted out our reservation issue when we checked in. The location worked well for us, about a 30-minute drive from the mountains. One thing to know is that Expedia listed a gym, but it's currently closed. The shower pressure was uneven and felt a bit like water from a faucet.
