Mirada Del Lago Hotel

The hotel itself is lovely, with beautiful views and comfortable facilities. The staff were polite and helpful while I was there. But before checkout, I spotted an overcharge and reported it to the front desk straight away. They said the person handling billing wasn't there and asked me to email so they could look into it. I've sent emails and still haven't heard back. For a hotel that calls itself five-star, the lack of follow-up and accountability over billing is disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how it communicates and handles billing concerns.

My friend and I weren't staying at the hotel, but we went to the spa, and the experience made our last day memorable. The massage was great, and the staff were lovely and super helpful, especially Inga at the reception. I'd recommend it and will make sure to stop by on my next ski holiday.

The meals were varied and tasty, and after skiing there's a sauna or hammam to unwind in. There's also a games room and a kids' club. It's a nicely decorated hotel with friendly, helpful staff. I definitely recommend it.

We stayed for five nights and really enjoyed it. Having ski rental right by the hotel entrance was handy, and the rental staff were great. Breakfast and dinner had lots of options, and restaurant staff like Vedat were friendly and helpful. The pool was great, though it would've been better heated. The spa and sauna were good too. WiFi could be improved.
