I was glad to see how clean and pleasant the hotel hall looked, but the room was a letdown. Ours felt old and smelled bad, with worn, unattractive carpets throughout. The mattress was comfortable, though it had brown stains, and even with housekeeping, the room still gave a poor impression. The area is quiet, the staff are friendly, and parking was easy to find. Breakfast is served, but the selection is small and not especially appealing. It'll do if you're hungry. I wish I'd checked other reviews before booking, as I usually do. At 27 euros a night, it felt far too expensive for these conditions. I think 18 euros would have been the most I'd pay.

The shower leaked, the floor was dirty, a few lights didn't work, and the fridge was empty. Still, you can get some sleep here. There was air conditioning, a TV, breakfast, decent beds, and basic room service.

The location worked well, with lots of nice restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and renovated, and the room was really spacious, if a little plain. I felt comfortable, the bed was nice, and it was great value for the price.
