The food was tasty, and there was plenty of it. I also really enjoyed the outdoor pool, especially with its warm water. The hotel was spotless and the staff were excellent. Nabila from guest relations stood out for her cheerful, positive manner. I was surprised by how much she’d improved her Turkish; she spoke almost like a native. It was my first visit, and I loved the hotel. I hope to come back.

Mr. Mustafa was so kind and attentive in the food service area, and Oguzhan and Nabilah from guest relations made us feel warmly welcomed. They were polite and helpful, which made the whole stay go smoothly. I had a great experience and would highly recommend it.

Zehra gave me a Turkish gift the next day and said we’d started a friendship that would last 40 years. That touching moment will stay with me. She’d already made me feel at ease through a lovely conversation over traditional Turkish coffee, while telling me about the custom of welcoming guests this way. She also helped me find another room that suited me perfectly. My stay at Elite World Grand in Sapanca was wonderful, thanks to Zehra’s hospitality and the kindness of the other staff. It felt like a glimpse of true Turkish hospitality, and I’d highly recommend Elite World Grand to anyone visiting Sapanca near Sakarya, Turkey.

A few little things went wrong during the stay, but the service was excellent. Selen was my favorite. The room was comfortable and nicely designed, and the location made it easy to get around Sapanca.
