The staff were nice, but the hotel administration never gave me a refund after I contacted them about the problem. I stayed three nights in a room on the fourth floor. While packing to check out, I happened to photograph some bugs on the bed. I hadn't seen bed bugs before, so I looked up the pictures on Google after leaving and realized what they were. By then, avoiding bringing them home meant a lot of work and expense cleaning my clothes and belongings. They crawl between beds and blankets, so I doubt it was limited to my room. The online photos look quite different from the place in person. My room was unclean, had no air conditioning, and the furniture was very old and worn. I can't see how they call this a hotel. It was one of my worst holiday experiences, and I don't recommend it at all. Stay away from the bed bugs.

The only real plus is being close to the city centre. The beds are bad, there’s no air conditioning or fly screens, and there aren’t enough power outlets. Cigarette smell is everywhere, and I spent the night trying to kill mosquitoes instead of sleeping. The toilet also kept making a water leak noise.

Had a nice week here. I’ll be back next year.

The room was really large, and the service was very friendly. Breakfast was good, served in the cozy café beside the hotel. There wasn’t Wi-Fi in my room, though, and the location wasn’t especially quiet.
