Our travel agency, Boray tur (main group Tour gross), moved us here at the last minute from another hotel. We stayed one night as part of the trip. It’s reasonable for a single night if you keep expectations low: the bedroom was just okay, with old furniture, dirty windows, and a broken shower partition. Dinner and breakfast were both cold, and drinks were limited to Fanta and coca cola. It wasn’t terrible, but I’d keep expectations low.

The tour organizer put us up here, about 70 km from Goreme, the main Cappadocia town for balloon rides. We arrived after 9 pm, and it was a terrible stay. The elevators didn’t work properly, so we carried our luggage up seven floors. The tour description included dinner and breakfast, but the hotel said the food was finished and provided nothing. Room 703 smelled bad, there was no hot water or shower gel, and when we complained the staff only gave us shampoo to bathe with. Please avoid it if you can.

The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, which let the hotel down, though the bedroom itself was spacious and clean. We had a quiet room at the back. It’s handy if you’re coming to Kayseri from the Otogar and want to leave your bag before exploring: the Aydinlievler tram stop is nearly outside, with four stops to the center, and the train station is a 1 km walk away.
