X Premium Rezidans

The rooms feel like a family flat, with a decent kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. It’s a very clean and affordable family apart hotel. They should have strict no-smoking rooms with smoke alarms.

I spent 10 nights at X premium and had a really good stay. The location is very good, the place was clean, and the service was excellent. Staff were polite and friendly. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for two nights on a road trip, and this was one of the best places we found.

The apartment is a 1+1 unit, and we were two adults and two children sharing one room. We went in winter and brought blankets, but didn’t need them. It was -10 degrees outside and we slept with a window open because the rooms were so hot, probably too hot for summer. The furniture was new and clean, with a huge bedroom wardrobe. The living room was a good size, while the bathroom was a bit small but adequate. There were no meals, but the price was reasonable and you can order from lots of outside food places. The kitchen was large, with a mini-fridge and two sets each of forks, knives, and plates. There was no oven or stove, but they provided an electric one when we asked. The TVs were typical hotel models, but you could watch movies from a USB drive. The internet didn’t work on the third floor for the first two days, then they installed a new line and Wi-Fi worked from the third day. Phone internet was a bit slow in that area. Staff were polite and friendly, and there was no parking problem since the hotel has its own car park. It’s about 30 minutes from Erciyes ski resort. I chose this after reading online reviews and liked the stay. I recommend it. If it stays clean and affordable, I’ll come back every ski season.
