NG Phaselis Bay

The bay is beautiful, with clear water, and the rooms are spacious, modern, and well equipped. The beach was clean, the amenities were impressive, and the staff we met were warm and attentive. We stayed eight nights at NG Phaselis Bay, but the experience left us with mixed feelings, and we wouldn’t return. As guests from Germany, we’d find it hard to recommend this resort to European friends or colleagues. Most guests seemed to be Russian, and the atmosphere and entertainment were strongly centered on Russian culture. Staff regularly spoke to us in Russian, while live music was almost entirely in Russian rather than Turkish or an international language. There was a huge choice at the buffet, but the meat and seafood were poorly prepared. If high-quality food and an international atmosphere matter to you, I’d look elsewhere.

The service is what I’ll remember most about NG Phaselis Bay. Staff treated me with warmth and professionalism throughout, and I felt more like a valued friend than a guest. It’s the best service I’ve had at a resort, and I don’t say that lightly. I’ll absolutely come back. The beach was pristine and well kept, and the pools were gorgeous. Beach staff were always nearby with towels or drinks, checking in with a smile without being intrusive. The main restaurant had a broad, beautifully presented selection for different tastes, and the meal at Nautilus Restaurant was wonderful. The team there made it feel special with their attentive, genuinely warm service. Evenings brought polished, varied entertainment that felt thoughtfully put together. Karina was a joy to spend time with during the events and throughout the day. She made each interaction personal and fun, cared about the details, and brought an infectious energy that made the holiday unforgettable. I also enjoyed a Pilates class more than I expected to. The instructor was knowledgeable and encouraging, and it was a great energizing start to the day.

The mountain views and beautiful coastline took my breath away each day, and the staff were the most attentive we’ve ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. We had a gorgeous anniversary dinner at Chefs Steak restaurant, flawless from beginning to end. We can’t wait to return next year, and we’ll be telling our friends about this spectacular hotel.

We stayed at NG Phaselius for eight days in late March with three children under seven, and the whole week was fantastic. It’s well set up for kids, with pools, splash zones, watersports, a dinosaur water park, a kids club with friendly, diligent staff, plus a disco and games in the evenings. There are adults-only pools and areas too if you want a break from the kids. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout. The NG app was easy to use, and the chat service was especially responsive. We had personalized gifts delivered to our room, the wine was changed once they learned what we liked, and someone even went to a pharmacy for items we needed and brought them to us poolside. Nasir and Kabir, our personal concierges, catered to our needs throughout the stay. Mustafa at reception, Tarek at the restaurant, and Maurten, our cleaner, also helped make the trip memorable. We’d definitely return.
