The room was spotless and nicely designed, and I loved waking up to the view. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with kind smiles and thoughtful touches, and the service was excellent throughout. It felt like more than just a place to stay, and I'm already thinking about coming back.

The first room cleaning took six days, and I had to ask reception about it three times. Breakfast was poor quality and the same every day. Staff at reception and breakfast didn't greet me or even look my way. There was no customer service, and I was really disappointed. This didn't feel like a three-star hotel, two stars at most, maybe less.

For a cheaper hotel, this place fits the bill, but it felt like a 2-star stay. Our room was on the 1st floor, and the balcony wasn't really a balcony, just a gutter opening behind the building. Over seven days, the floor was washed once, if that counted as mopping. The cleaner didn't come for three days, so we left the rubbish bag in the hallway behind the door and fetched toilet paper ourselves from the cleaning cart. Bedding and towels weren't changed during the week. Breakfast was very repetitive, and the WiFi was poor. Warm water was fine, but getting the air conditioner working was difficult. The location was good, with the beach no more than a 10-minute walk away.
