The rooms felt dirty and unpleasant to touch. The bedding seemed to be the only clean thing, presumably because it gets washed. I wanted to shower with slippers on. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, and even those were a hundred times better. Avoid this place. We arrived yesterday evening and saw four cockroaches in our room within half an hour. Reception sent a young man with spray after we called, but we refused that as a solution and he left. We asked for another room instead. We didn’t see cockroaches there, but when we went to bed, there were no blankets. It took two calls and 50 minutes to get them, and my husband fell asleep without one. In the morning, we asked TezTour to move us. They first suggested another hotel that also has cockroaches. After we declined, they offered a different one and said this was because of the subtropical climate. A subtropical climate has nothing to do with hygiene standards.

The beach is gorgeous, there are lots of entertainment programs, and the bar has imported drinks. It’s a cool, beautiful hotel. I didn’t stay there myself, but I visited the grounds. The price is high, though, and not everyone can afford it.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, but the building our room was in was awful and far from reception. It seemed as if those houses had been built for staff, with no soundproofing or windows. We spent one night there, then asked to move to the standard room we had originally booked. We’d chosen a standard room because its description sounded fine, but at check-in the receptionist immediately offered a paid upgrade, which we declined. The next morning, staff said they couldn’t tell us when another room would be available. We had to make a scene before someone from management came to help. In the end, we paid an extra 30 euros per day for a decent room. My husband and I stayed in June 2024, and this nearly ruined our whole vacation.

There was plenty of tasty food, good drinks, and a nice beach. Both kids and adults had lots of fun. We had a really good time here and recommend it.
