The bedding and towels were dirty, and when we asked for clean ones, we were told we'd have to wait until morning. We couldn't bring ourselves to sleep there, so we requested a refund. They refused and seemed not to care at all. This is the dirtiest place I've ever stayed, in Turkey or anywhere else. Avoid it at all costs. You'd be better off on the street. It's not fit for a dog.

There was no hot water, breakfast was a zero, and there was nothing to eat. The place was very dirty and didn't feel safe for a couple. Noise went on all night, so sleep was impossible. Nobody spoke English, and when I checked out they refused to give me my change because I'd paid cash. Believe me, this is the worst hotel in all Turkey.

The sitting areas are designed really nicely, and having a balcony was a big plus for me. We stayed three days, and the rooms were clean and spacious, right by the forest. Customer satisfaction was handled very well. I liked it a lot.

What a disgrace. This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. These guys are gangsters.

The air feels clean here, right beside the forest, and there's a pleasant atmosphere with smiling staff. You can walk to both the center and the beach. For the price and what you get, it's one of Kemer's best hotels. See you again :)
