The only things I liked were the central location and the beautiful sea. Everything else was a letdown, starting with the unfriendly receptionist who didn’t greet us or smile when we arrived. The hotel was in very poor condition, and the food was awful, repetitive, and tasteless. The beach and its damaged sunbeds looked like a refugee camp. When I asked for alcoholic drinks, the bartender often said there was no liquor left. After I pressed the so-called “manager,” he told the bartender to get alcohol from the fridge. What a shame for an all-inclusive holiday. Why should guests have to deal with that? Please don’t let this ruin a well-earned vacation.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Our first room was terrible, so they said they’d move us to a new room in the newer part. The second one was better, but still below even an average standard. Everything seemed dirty, even though they were always cleaning. The daily room “cleaning” amounted to fresh towels and changed sheets. The bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in at least six months. For me, this was the worst hotel in Turkey.

The location is the one good thing here, and I wouldn’t come back for anything. The staff weren’t polite, and the all-inclusive offer was the worst I’ve experienced. The rooms were dirty and didn’t look like the pictures. Coffee, water, and juice weren’t allowed on the beach. Food choices were limited, there weren’t many cakes, and fruit was scarce, which felt very unusual for Turkey. It wasn’t suitable for parents with children. You couldn’t sit with a coffee and watch your child, the rocks were big, and there were no nice shallow areas. The deckchairs were packed so tightly that it was impossible to get near them. You can see in the picture what the beach looked like, and what the sweets were like five minutes after lunch began.

Kemer itself is beautiful, with incredible nature, and I’ll definitely visit the city again. I will never return to this hotel. The hotel didn’t match the website photos at all. When we asked about it, they said they weren’t responsible for what was on the sites and that the photos weren’t even from their hotel. Our room was run down and very dirty. It was cleaned rarely, we had to keep reminding them to change towels, and the bedding wasn’t changed once during our 8 days. The food was awful, tasteless, and had very little choice. Drinks were watered down and served in tiny glasses, about two sips’ worth, and we weren’t allowed to take drinks to the beach. There was hardly any meat, mostly replaced with soy dishes. We ate at nearby restaurants instead. The beach was tiny, with sunbeds so close together you couldn’t walk between them. The staff were incompetent and didn’t help solve problems. One normal person was the man in the office to the left of reception. He seemed to be their head, and I suggest handling everything through him. If you need to extend your stay in a room under transfer, be ready for each person at reception to quote a different price. I especially want to mention a confusing person named Islam. I don’t know what his role at the hotel was. He offered to arrange hotel services, including room wi-fi, SIM cards, and transfer, through him for a lower price. When I went to reception to ask the wi-fi price, Islam said I hadn’t come to him. The whole situation was very unpleasant. 🇺🇦

The staff were working hard and always seemed busy and tired, but I couldn’t understand how the service was supposed to work. The free lunch and dinner were poor quality, and the hotel felt below average. Nearby pensions cost the same and are cleaner and friendlier. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it was so noisy I couldn’t sleep. The air conditioner was also loud and seemed to be just a noisy machine, not a cooler. The room was neglected, with dirty sheets and towels. The hotel had everything in principle, but it was all in very bad condition. It might be three-star, but it could at least be clean. I’d have written to the owner, but there was no company mentioned on their webpage.
