Olea Boutique Hotel

We especially enjoyed discovering the little design touches each day, like the colors on the windows by the front door. The house is cozy, the service outstanding, and the staff friendly and helpful in every way. Its central Ayvalik location comes with parking right at the hotel. Breakfast was a wonderful traditional spread. We loved staying here and will come again. Thank you! 😊

That lovely courtyard made breakfast even better, with flowering vines against tall whitewashed walls and sturdy wooden furniture. The Turkish spread was generous and delicious, with local olives and olive oil, excellent fitters, eggs, cheeses, honey, and fruit. Dariya was a fabulous host. Her dinner suggestion was spot on, and her swimming and hiking tips were amazing. The building is charming and tastefully renovated, with wide wooden floorboards, copper details, and sparkling new bathrooms. We stayed one night in Ayvalik on the way south to Bodrum, to break up the drive. The town was just as we'd heard, pretty and away from the tourist centers, and finding this gorgeous little BandB made the stop special. It's an easy walk through pretty alleys to the port for sunset mezzes, but far enough back from the noise to sleep well. There's a slight hill, nothing that leaves you out of breath. This classy little place has left us with happy memories of Ayvalik, and we're already planning to bring friends next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute, cozy little Hotel in the old city of beautiful Ayvalik. The owner and staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast was so tasty.
