The people at Mediterra made us feel like old friends. Sergey, the host, and administrators Alla and Sergey looked after us even before we arrived. Our flight was delayed, so we got in quite late. Alla bought groceries for us and met us at the street corner so we wouldn't get lost. They were warm and helpful, and we hope to return. My husband, our grandchildren, who are 10 and 9, and I stayed at Mediterra Residence from October 25th to November 1st. It was a great fit for a self-guided holiday. The photos and video reviews had already made it seem right for us, and after talking with Sergey, the owner, any thought of spending a week at a hotel disappeared. We all loved it and didn't want to leave, even though our trip had other destinations still ahead. The residence is in central Kemer but on a quiet street, and we could park right outside. The sea is nearby. Its gated, well-kept grounds have citrus trees, and we ate tangerines straight from them. There's a big swimming pool. The water was cool at that time of year, but the kids splashed around from morning until night. A large gazebo has a huge table and utensils, and there are wood and charcoal for the barbecue as well as a separate gas grill. Great for an evening together. The house has seven apartments, all thoughtfully laid out, cozy, and finished with natural materials inside and out. The mattresses were excellent, storage was plentiful, and there was a safe. The kitchen had a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, dishes, and cutlery. Everything felt designed for guests' convenience. There was a gym area for kids to hang out, with ping-pong, air hockey, table football, and a trampoline. Adults had exercise machines and a sauna.

Right in the heart of Kemer, this complex is close to the beach and cafes but still quiet and peaceful. It's a lovely place for anyone who wants the comfort of home, with well-furnished rooms, good-quality appliances, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was clean and the grounds were well kept.

We feel at home with Sergej and Elena, and have stayed with them for four years now. Their family is incredibly hospitable and helpful. The rooms have everything we need, the pool is great, and the new grill is a treat if you enjoy barbecues. Everything is just perfect, and we're sure to keep returning for years. Definitely 5+ stars.

Sergei and his family gave us such a charming, attentive welcome and really go out of their way to make guests happy. Sergei speaks French and English as well as other languages, and is happy to suggest places to eat. Special rates may be possible depending on how long you stay and the season. We absolutely love this place, it's a real gem. Get in touch with the owners for more information. You won't be disappointed. We booked a large three-room apartment with a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It's very comfortable for a family or two couples traveling together. The spacious bedrooms are tastefully furnished in warm colors, have proper closets, and open onto a lovely first-floor terrace. Everything was spotless, and it would be hard to find better. The kitchen has top-brand appliances, and the air conditioning in all three rooms worked very well and quietly. The residence is well maintained and sits in a quiet part of central Kemer. You quickly feel at home, with all the modern comforts discerning travelers might want. High-speed internet and television with foreign channels, including French, Italian, English, German, and others, are provided. In summer, we were happy to cool off in the apartment, even with all the sea, sun, archaeological sites, and natural scenery to explore. There's also a pleasant pool, loungers and parasols, plus a gym, sauna, and foosball table. We didn't use those last amenities, but the rest of the property made us think their quality would be high too. Parking on the street was easy. The prices felt fair for the quality and the location, close to the sea, the marina, Kemer center, and lots of excellent restaurants in this major resort town in Antalya. Everything is at its best. I don't think any tourist could leave with even the slightest dissatisfaction. The highest rating, and then some!
