Heart De Maison Aparthotel

The noise was unbearable. A party was going on when we arrived, and the walls seemed paper-thin, so getting any rest felt unlikely. We were also put in a room that wasn't the one we'd booked. There was no staff or professional welcome, just a friend of the owner who handed over a contact number as if doing us a favor. After we sent photos of our IDs and got the Wi-Fi password, we found the connection was practically useless at 4-5 Mbps. We also learned the pool was at another location and apparently reserved for villa guests, though the booking site never mentioned that. The photos combine two completely different properties, so the beautiful pool and villa shown aren't where you'll stay. Instead, it's a drab apartment building with no pool access. The owner was deceitful, unresponsive, and showed no regard for guests. He charges 50% of the total amount if you cancel, and it seems he wants to scam as many people as possible. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. Book elsewhere unless you want your holiday ruined.

The room design was lovely, and everything was clean. We had a really good stay at this apart hotel with our family.

Mehmet, the hotel manager, was a genuinely helpful and good person. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautiful, with a vintage feel. The price was very good too.

We only needed somewhere for one night, arriving at 10 p.m. and leaving at 9 the next morning. It’s economical, with very basic services and breakfast, but the staff were friendly and helpful.
