We stayed as a couple and found Belcan Hotel just right for us. It was clean and quiet, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. No request seemed like too much trouble. For such a reasonable price, it was a great stay. I recommend it to anyone after a peaceful, clean place. Thank you, Belcan Hotel team, for a wonderful visit.

The beach and a lovely park are just across a quiet local road, with plenty of shops and inexpensive places to eat nearby. My friend and I were both very happy with our stay and would gladly come back. Our third-floor room had been renovated and was in very good shape, with a balcony facing the mountains and orange grove. The host was thoughtful and polite. Meals weren't included, but coffee, tea, and cold water were always available, and we could buy meals from the owner and eat at the neighboring all-inclusive Belpoint hotel. It was an affordable way to choose our own meals.
We spent 13 nights here with my mother and were very comfortable. The room had working air conditioning, TV, a mini fridge, toiletries, towels, blankets, plugs, and a balcony with a table and chairs. Down at reception there was a large guest fridge, chilled free water, coffee, tea, and occasional complimentary fruit. Since we had no meal plan, we brought some food, bought things at shops, and ate at nearby restaurants. The beach is across the road, with both public stretches and hotel sections. You can pay for loungers, or walk along the long beach to compare spots. Shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, and barbers are close, and the bus stop and taxi stand are across the street for trips to Antalya, Goynuk, or Kemer. Mr. Ergun was especially helpful. We arrived very early, before the 14:00 check-in, and he offered us another room right away at no extra cost, with a move to ours after three days. We chose to wait so we wouldn't have to repack, and he later got us into our room a few hours early without charging extra. When my mother's flight was moved a day earlier, he offered five more hours in the room for free, then a reasonable rate for the longer extension we needed, and arranged an airport transfer cheaper than a nearby taxi. He helped with our other requests too. The only downside was loud music from a neighboring hotel, though it stopped around 22:00 or 23:00. Thanks for the hospitality, from Alex & Larysa.
Each morning we had breakfast in the pretty courtyard, with fruit, bread, and eggs from the local market. The staff were kind and easy to chat with, and we left feeling rested. The upper floor has been newly renovated and looks modern and clean. We had a really good time here and hope to return.
The owner is an interesting person, always ready to help and good to talk with. There’s a small garden where you can sit with free tea or coffee from the machine, which is available all day, and sometimes there’s fruit too. Breakfast was tasty, especially compared with other small hotels. It’s a good value little place, just 60-70 meters from the public park and beach, and the WiFi was fine. For the room, I’d choose the sunny side in winter and the north side in the hot summer. I’d also suggest adding half a traditional simit per person at breakfast.
