Kemer Comfort Apartment

We spent almost a month in this apartment, and it was a stressful disappointment. The owner only speaks Turkish, not English or Russian, doesn't answer questions, and doesn't sort out problems. Booking was no help despite many complaints. On arrival, nobody met us even though we'd arranged late check-in through Booking. We waited in the heat for over 30 minutes before reaching the owner, who was angry and rude. The balcony door lock didn't work. They said they'd fix it, but never did. The bathroom has no side rails or curtain, so water gets all over the floor. There's no range hood, just a hole, and the fire alarm kept going off while we cooked. Soundproofing is poor, you can hear everything, and the power goes out often because the system can't handle the load. There is also video recording in the hallway without warning signs or notices. ❗For a relaxing family holiday, I'd recommend this place. The service is lacking, safety standards are violated, and the attitude is completely unfriendly. The owner's response also includes inaccurate claims. To clarify: 1. The booking was agreed for two adults and a 7-year-old child. Correspondence with the owner through Booking.com confirms this, and screenshots were sent to customer support. 2. I did not stay in the apartment myself. I booked a separate hotel, which is officially confirmed too. 3. Only two adults and a child were in the apartment throughout the stay. No terms or conditions were violated. 4. The claim that the guests left the apartment when asked is untrue. 5. In reply to specific complaints about technical failures, fire safety, and rude treatment, the owner made accusations instead of discussing the issues. It's a shame that, rather than acknowledge the obvious problems, the owner chose to distort the facts to discredit this review.

The house and its furnishings are in good shape and fairly new. Beaches and the town center are about 10-15 minutes away. The value for the price is average. It could work well for a family holiday, especially if you have a car.

Quiet and very clean, this apartment faces the forest.
