Room №5 was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with what you need for either a night or a longer stay. We booked late in the evening, and an administrator arrived just 15 minutes after the booking was confirmed to check us in. Tarik was friendly and spoke good English. We also stayed in apartment №3, which was noisier. With the window open, street cleaning could wake you early, and the mildew downstairs was an unpleasant surprise. It could have been fixed during the three months of quarantine. I wouldn't choose №3 again. In both apartments, the bathroom furniture was heavily worn, and there were no towel or clothes hangers.

We booked three months ahead, then got a call canceling our reservation while we were traveling from France to Turkey. We were a family with three kids, and the alternative they offered was very poor. This was the worst hotel experience we've had. Avoid booking with Kemer if you don't want nasty surprises.

The rooms are old but still quite usable. Management had plenty of shortcomings, though they did try to make concessions. The pool is always murky.

Don't stay here before seeing the apartment in person. The photos weren't real. Kemer was fully booked when I arrived, and they had a clean apartment, but after taking my money they gave me a different one. It was filthy, so we cleaned it ourselves and bought new sheets and blankets. Don't stay here.

A nightmare. No electricity or water, mice around, and a rude reception. Nobody helped, so I changed hotels. They took my money. Don't go.
