The dock bar was a beautiful setting, and Muaz, hopefully we spelled it right, really made our trip. He's cheerful, friendly, polite, and such a good person. He made incredible coffee that got us going each morning. Go there for great coffee and tequila, and thanks so much to him for the service. The resort is enormous, with loads of pools and a huge, beautiful beach, but it never felt packed, even though the hotel was full near the end of the season. Dining was amazing, with fresh, hot, well-seasoned food. The dessert spread was unbelievable. I ate far too much of the baklava, with all its shapes and sizes, crunchy, very sweet, and sticky in the best way. The general staff could have been friendlier. We were there at the start of October, so maybe they were tired after the long season. This was the best ultra all-inclusive stay we've had.

We came to Turkey eager to enjoy its scenery, history, and hospitality, but this hotel's handling of guests turned our stay into a nightmare. We were told there would be complimentary food when we arrived, but none was provided, so we were hungry and disappointed. We were also charged too much without any explanation or transparency. When we raised these concerns with the manager, we were met with rudeness and no effort to resolve anything. We decided to cut our losses, stay one night, and cancel the other two. The next morning, when we politely asked to check out, staff refused, threatened to call security, and demanded that we leave immediately without processing our departure or refund. We left in a hurry for our own safety. There seemed to be no proper way for the hotel to handle complaints, disputes, or even a basic check-out. I can't recommend it to anyone hoping to enjoy Turkey. Travelers deserve better care than this.

At Mövenpick, Aylin and Baris in guest relations helped me through an urgent situation that meant I had to travel to another city. I couldn't access my bank card, so Aylin kindly helped me buy plane tickets online. Her quick thinking and kindness made everything go smoothly, and she went well beyond what her role required. I'm very grateful for her genuine care and professionalism. She represents Mövenpick's hospitality standards so well.

The golf cart we booked the day before departure was meant to collect us and our luggage at 2:30 a.m. We were traveling with our 6-month-old baby. No one came, and reception didn't answer the phone. Once we reached the hotel with our suitcases and explained what happened, nobody cared. That was the final straw, and this was the worst hotel I've stayed in. The setting is beautiful, with nice pools, but the rest was a mess. In our renovated room, there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and spiders crawled out every day. Room service was the worst I've encountered: the room wasn't cleaned, soaps weren't refilled, and we had to ask for everything. I reported that three people were missing shampoo and bath products; someone eventually came to refill them. Restaurant service was just as bad. Staff ignored customers, brought incomplete meals, and didn't seem to care, so we had to keep asking. In my opinion the food was the worst, with the same things every day. When I asked about the tennis court, I was told there was one, but the hotel didn't have rackets, so playing wasn't possible. The staff member then went back to checking their phone. On the penultimate day, a large cockroach was roaming in the bathroom. My objective rating is 1/10.
