Naturella Apart-Hotel

Breakfast was simple and tasty, with different homemade pastries each morning. The staff were professional, kind, and always tried to help with requests. We also really appreciated the very comfortable mattress. We were in the older of the two buildings, where the furniture and bathroom were worn, but everything worked. One building has been renovated. It’s a cosy, clean hotel with its own charm and a nice location, better than many places in central Kemer. There are plenty of shops and restaurants a 10-15 minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay, keeping in mind this is a two-star hotel. When we decided to move to another part of Kemer and leave early, they refunded our money, which felt very customer focused. The main drawback for us was the walk to the beach. It took 15-18 minutes to reach either the public or private beach, and Google’s 18 minute estimate was right, definitely not 10. After Naturella hotel’s 50% discount, the worst sunbed at the private beach was still 250 liras per person. Whether that’s acceptable is up to each guest. There’s also a stunning wild beach about 30 minutes away on foot, though you have to climb over stones.

The garden had the loveliest natural scent, and they even surprised me with a birthday celebration. It was my first time in Turkey, and I hadn’t planned to stay at this hotel, but I’m glad I did. The hosts were incredibly kind. The rooms were nice, the food was great, the internet was fast, and there was always hot water. Naturella is a peaceful place to stay.

I booked a month ahead and liked the setting and location, but when I arrived I immediately wondered what a great choice I’d made. The hotel is quite luxurious, with high quality service and staff. The owner is a gorgeous, beautiful, classy woman, and her English is extremely good. I’d love to book again next year. You can have a holiday at this lovely hotel, and I’m sure you won’t regret it. The owners were friendly and always happy to help. The rooms were clean and nice, and the hotel is close to both the town centre and the beach, about 10 minutes away. They serve lunch and dinner. We ate dinner there every evening, and the homemade traditional Turkish food was fantastic. I’d recommend it and will definitely come back.
