Mitos Suit & Hotel

The place was dirty and smelly, and the staff were poor. They may try to charge you for the AC. Don't bother paying: they won't give you the remote, but there's a button on it that lets you use it anyway 😉

We really enjoyed the free shuttle to nearby attractions.

The hotel photos showed only half of how miserable the room was. We were asked to pay another 200 euros for a room like the ones pictured, and air conditioning cost an extra 50 euros. Our room wasn't like the photos, the metal beds were uncomfortable, and the shower barely had enough water to wash our hair properly. We stayed for a week and asked five times for the room to be cleaned. They came just once, the day before checkout. When we asked for fresh bath towels, the manager was very disrespectful. The nicest things were the staff and our balcony.

We only ate at Mitos restaurant, and thankfully didn't stay at its hotel. They handwrite the bill, adding 20-30% to each item. When we pointed out the incorrect prices, the boss got aggressive. I showed him the menu prices against the receipt, and he couldn't dispute it, so he recalculated the bill. Then I took out my bank card to pay. He snatched it from my hands and put it into the payment terminal himself, turning it over so the CVV and card date on the back were exposed. It felt like an attempt to steal card information. Decide for yourself whether it's worth going there.
