The team made our stay especially memorable. Marina was so kind and went out of her way to help with a sick kitten, organize everything, and get medicine I'd forgotten delivered to the airport. It meant a lot. Mehmet Aslan, one of the security guards, also helped bring it to the airport. Ali, the animator, brought great energy with fun activities. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the rooms beautiful and comfortable, the food delicious with a good variety each day, and the beach lovely for relaxing. We had a fantastic time and would happily return. Highly recommend!

Marina from guest relations was so caring and helpful, especially when she organized delivery to the airport of important medicine my friend had accidentally left at the hotel. We were also grateful for Mehmet's kindness and help getting it there. Ali, the animator, brought so much positive energy and made things more fun. The Norm Oriental itself was wonderful: beautiful design, clean and well maintained, comfortable rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, and delicious food. The people made it amazing. I'd truly recommend The Norm Oriental and would love to come back. ❤️

I came from the United States for a holiday, and Turkish hospitality and food impressed me all over again. The staff and service were truly excellent. The eight-hour time difference between the U.S. and Türkiye made it hard to fall asleep early the first few nights, so having the poolside restaurant open late through the night made things much more comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Melih at the restaurant and Ms. Şeker from Guest Services for their kindness and outstanding service. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend the hotel. Honestly, you don't get this level of hospitality in the U.S.

The Norm Mini Club ended up being a real treat for us parents too, since it gave us a little time to relax. Our kids were so happy there they didn’t want to leave, and they’re still talking about it. They spent hours playing games, making crafts, and running around the soft play area, with the friendly staff keeping them busy and making them feel at home. The colorful play space felt fun but safe, and the whole place had a lively, modern feel made for children. We stayed at Hotel Norm Oriental recently, and the kids were drawn in as soon as they arrived. If you’re traveling with children, I’d recommend checking out the Norm Mini Club.

The Mediterranean scenery around this hotel is especially beautiful, and the location feels quite special. We had a very comfortable stay, with excellent service from friendly staff. Everything worked out perfectly for us. Highly recommended.
