Nehir Hotel Kesan

We booked two rooms, and one smelled awful from the bathroom. Even though there were empty rooms, they wouldn’t move us. The baby crib they gave us was broken, which we only noticed late at night after our baby had already slept with his head against the broken part. We checked it after he kept waking up. When we asked for a replacement, they said they had none and suggested ridiculous fixes, like putting paper in the broken section to level it out. We ended up making a bed on the floor. We had all these problems during a one-night stay, and they were reluctant to fix anything.

A lovely setting overlooking the lake, and a good place to stop overnight before heading to the border. The rooms are simple but clean, with a comfortable bed. The restaurant was good, and breakfast was very good too.

The location is beside a little lake and not too far from town, with plenty of free private parking. Breakfast was included, and the prices were very reasonable. My room was spacious and very clean, and staff kept cleaning both indoors and outside. I had a very pleasant stay and found the service excellent, with everyone friendly and helpful. Some English was spoken, though very little, but who doesn’t have Google Translate? Thanks, Rick. June 23rd, 2024.

My cousin and I were cycling through Turkey when we accidentally came across this hotel. We were amazed by the price and service. They did our laundry, kept our bicycles in reception overnight, and brought us complimentary fruit and extra water. The hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, and the staff are really pleasant. Five stars don’t feel like enough 😊
