The restaurant's all-inclusive food was the same every day. You had to go outside to the hot-food counter for the dish of the day, but although it had been cooked, there was no heat under the serving counter, so it was always cold. There was no international food like croissants, bacon, or eggs, and not even a burger for the kids. The bathroom was filthy and smelled appalling from the drains. Rooms weren't cleaned every day, and I still hadn't figured out when they would come back. This is supposed to be a four-star hotel, but it isn't.

The pool was nice, but the sunbeds were broken and uncomfortable. There weren't any chairs to sit on outside, or ashtrays, and drinks came in very flimsy plastic cups. The all-inclusive drinks were just beer, cheap wine, and soft drinks. There was plenty of food to choose from and I liked the meals, but the shower drain was blocked, the door lock was broken, and the hotel looked old and worn out. Staff weren't in uniform and didn't seem professional. The photos online don't really show what the place is like. You get what you pay for in terms of quality and cleanliness. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it. I'd pay a little more for better service elsewhere.

We booked two nights in June 2024, but left the hotel the day after we arrived. We got to the ground-floor Burdur room around 23:00. When I came out of the bathroom, I saw a cockroach on the floor and screamed and jumped. We called Reception straight away to ask for another room, but they refused. Staff only came in to remove the cockroach. There was also lots of rubbish under the bed, probably what attracted it. The next day, we found another cockroach and left immediately. They refused to refund our money. No hygiene, terrible customer service. It's a disastrous place. Please don't book this hotel.

The food and drinks were fine, but the service wasn't professional. Staff didn't wear uniforms. Some rooms had cockroaches, according to my friends, and in our room a lamp didn't work. The handles were rusty and loose, the shower was rusty too, and the electricity sometimes went off. We paid more but got the worst room. The towels, beds, and pillows had dirt stains and didn't look properly washed. The pictures here don't show the real place.
