I’m spending my last night here after seven or eight nights, and the time has gone too fast. I’m in one of the lodges, and I’ll add another review when I get home, but I wanted to share a quick note now. If you pick a lodge, I’d choose the top room so you can wake up to the mountain each day. The staff work long hours and still greet you with smiles, going out of their way to keep you happy. Only a few speak English, but gestures are enough to get by. I’d definitely book a massage at the hotel, and bring euros or dollars for it. All inclusive ends at 9 pm, though there are so many tour operators nearby that you’ll probably be too tired to stay up much later. It’s a matter of taste, I know, but I can’t imagine not wanting this as a base for exploring such a beautiful country. One small thing for a vegetarian: if the food starts to feel repetitive, eat out once or twice. There are so many local restaurants here, and we’d want to try them on holiday anyway. Amazing place, fully recommend.

The mountain views all around were amazing. There were games and a pool to spend time at the hotel, and three meals were included without booking. Drinks were unlimited through the day until 9 pm. What more do you need for a holiday? 😊

The sea, mountains, and nice weather were the only good parts. The beach is a ten-minute walk away. Don’t trust the great comments this hotel has on bookingcom, they seem totally fake. The rooms were old and dirty, and the toilet really stank. There was no safe in the room; you could leave valuables in a sort of locker in the lobby, but it didn’t feel secure. Wi-Fi was only in the lobby and kept cutting out. The entertainment was poor. The food was horrible, except for the vegetables. It wasn’t fresh and there wasn’t enough for everyone. They also tried to open the restaurant later and close it earlier. The drinks were impossible to enjoy, with the white and red wine and beer half mixed with water. Staff made no effort and were simply rude, especially at reception. About 99% of guests were Russian.

We stayed from 21.07.2022 to 04.08.2022. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the sea, and the grounds are quite large, with two buildings and three pool areas: one large pool with a slide and two smaller ones. Cats are everywhere around the hotel and in the dining area too. We were in the main building by reception. Our room and balcony were fairly large and good, with a mountain view we really liked, plus a clothes dryer on the balcony. There was only one power socket apart from the one for the fridge. Wi-Fi was only available in the reception lobby. The safe cost around $2 a night and wasn’t in the room, it was one of the boxes near reception. Each box needed two keys, one held by reception staff and one for the box. The staff were friendly and spoke English and Russian. Every day the activity leaders offered sports such as volleyball, billiards, ping-pong, darts, target shooting, and some water activities, along with other activities and evening shows. Food was mostly below average. Juices and milk were diluted with water. There was always tasty lemonade, standard soft drinks, and a cold water dispenser, and we and other guests regularly refilled empty bottles. Hot water and three kettles of strong Turkish tea were always available; coffee from the machine was okay. At breakfast, 7:30-10:00, we liked the yogurt with its wide choice of honey and syrups. Eggs, sausages, and vegetables were fine too. There was melon every day, though it wasn’t especially sweet. Lunch, 12:30-14:00, had soup, salads, nuggets, sides, and desserts. For snacks, 15:30-16:30, they fried cutlets and served sandwiches, with tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce you could add yourself. Dinner, 19:00-20:30, included lunch items plus a chef’s special, usually some kind of meat. Once it was lobster, and on the last evening it was pizza. There weren’t enough plates or cutlery while we were there. Sometimes the containers of cutlery ran out and people had to stand waiting, though arriving 30-40 minutes after the meal started could avoid that.

We made great memories here, thanks to the helpful, kind staff everywhere, especially at the bar and restaurant. The food was delicious, the pool clean, and the evening activities were good. It would’ve been better if the evening fun didn’t have only Russian music. ❤️
