The view from the terrace by the pool and bar is incredible, just wow. The food was really good, including actual Turkish dishes. Some guests were strange and a bit aggressive. Rooms are small but nicely decorated with pretty bed fabrics. The bathroom is small too, and the exhaust was poor. We also had issues with hot water during our stay. The toiletries were lovely, especially the gentle shampoo. I usually don’t use hotel products, but this was so nice that I took the remaining shampoo and conditioner with me.

The pool area was quite nice, the beach is very close, and the evening program was entertaining. Staff were friendly and helpful, though more reception staff in the evenings would have helped. Those positives couldn’t make this a good stay for me. It was my first trip to Turkey, and I wouldn’t call the hotel experience wholly negative, but it definitely wasn’t positive either. Our room had been cleaned just five minutes before we arrived, yet there was a colony of ants inside. The sheets had stains too, which made me wonder whether they had been changed. The food wasn’t great, and during our nine days the meals at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very repetitive, with almost nothing new added. The grounds also needed more attention. There were many dead plants, the grass hadn’t been trimmed, and the volleyball and football fields looked abandoned.

The food and pool were great, and the view was amazing. The hotel itself is pleasant and beautiful, though room service was hit or miss. Getting to Kemer is quick and easy by bus, the Kiriş-Kemer bus costs 1.5€ per person each way. Communication can be difficult because hardly anyone speaks fluent English. You’ll need a translator or someone who speaks Russian, which almost everyone seems to, or Turkish.

We came in early June for a family holiday with four adults and a baby. The staff were lovely, attentive, and quick to take care of requests. I especially enjoyed the wellness area and hammam, and the yoga class at the animation club was sweet. The rooms could do with some freshening up. There was only one power outlet in the room and another in the bathroom, and the walls were very thin. WiFi was paid. The children’s pool wasn’t heated. The grounds have ambitious plans but could use upgrades too, especially the playground and gym.
