We were really pleased with our stay during a family trip. The hotel had a unique, interesting atmosphere, and everything was clean. The staff were kind and helpful, and we had a wonderful experience.

The building is gorgeous and historic, but the service, prices, and cleanliness didn’t satisfy us.

Our stay was terrible. We booked one night in the wooden building and specifically asked whether it would be warm enough. They said it would be, but it was freezing. We only got moved to a room in the stone building after packing our language and asking for our money back. The breakfast was scandalously poor, and the SPA wasn’t working. If you’re after a warm, quiet SPA weekend, do NOT go there. A waste of time and money. Zero for the management and the service provided!

The hotel’s architecture is beautiful and has so much potential, but the facility is a letdown. Towels smelled, and the bathroom shower was weak. Breakfast was very limited and terrible. It’s central, within walking distance of almost everywhere in the city, but the sound insulation is terrible. You hear everything happening on the road outside.

There’s a nice square in front where you can enjoy Turkish tea in the shade, and the hotel is nicely designed and quiet. The main center is within walking distance. The owner and employees were very friendly and attentive to requests. Enjoy your visit!
