The pool rule made this the most discriminatory hotel experience I’ve ever had. My two brothers and I were turned away just for being men, and told we could only swim if a woman came with us. I’m visiting from the United States, and found that policy shocking and deeply unfair. Even if they change it later, I won’t come back. Nobody should be treated differently because of their gender.

The food was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. A big social thanks to the PR person. One of the most amazing places I’ve been, highly recommend this hotel.

The pool was dirty, and the sauna and other facilities weren’t good either. Hygiene was poor throughout. The hotel is huge, but the service and food were bad, and both the staff and manager were unfriendly. You can eat as much as you want, but the only drink included is water, while the other drinks are very expensive. Never again. It isn’t even worth one star.

This is a great local resort, though none of the staff really speaks English. Booking is another drawback: you can’t reserve directly and have to use a third-party site such as Tatilbudur.

The rooms are decent, but the pool and spa staff had a bad attitude, ignored things completely, and seemed poorly organized. The food was useless. I’d choose bed and breakfast and go elsewhere for dinner.
