It was not bad.

The location was nice, and I liked the breakfast. At checkout, the morning receptionist was polite and respectful. My experience with the night receptionist was very different: the young man with glasses had a very uneasy, disturbing look, and I disliked his attitude, respect, and service. The hotel won’t feel safe or reassuring to female guests as long as he works there. The older, light-haired woman who cleaned the room also didn’t do the job properly. There was hair all over the bathroom and the toilet bin was in a terrible state, so hygiene seemed careless. She also talked loudly on the phone and used obscene language, which was disturbing.

I stayed a few days ago and didn’t expect service this good from the star rating. The hygiene, cleanliness, comfort, and location were amazing. My room was spotless, and the duvets and pillows smelled wonderful and were all ironed. Even when I stayed in, someone rang the doorbell to ask if I needed cleaning or anything else. Thanks so much to everyone who made the stay so enjoyable.

There is potential here, and the breakfast was good. Some of the younger staff are always smiling, and there are good employees, too. But I wouldn’t recommend the hotel as it is. Most customers seem to come by the hour, and the place feels immoral. Some of the staff, especially receptionists, are street-smart types. An elderly cleaning woman named Nes... is constantly on the phone, talking loudly and using foul language in front of customers. I don’t understand why they hire people like that. These employees and the hiring system make me not want to choose the hotel again. If the problems were fixed, it could be a very nice place.
