The pool and the area around it earned the two stars. Our room was clean, but cramped and very basic for what it cost. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was nobody and nothing in the restaurant when it was time to eat. The dog at the hotel barked all night.

The hosts are lovely, and the food is good with fair prices. It’s a cozy, warm, friendly spot surrounded by nature, not too far from Old Foça. The rooms are very simple, so bring your own toiletries. There’s also a wooded area and a small river nearby that’s nice to explore on foot.

The rooms are okay, and this might work for a one-day stop. But I wouldn’t recommend staying longer. The coffee is below average and pretty expensive.

I fell for this place as soon as we arrived. The area is lovely, with lots of ways to relax, and the rooms are spacious. The hosts are amazing, and the home-cooked food and homemade drinks were delicious. I’d definitely recommend visiting if you get the chance.
