Aktaş Lights Hotel

The morning staff helped us connect with our planned tour and arranged transportation to the airport. They knew the area well and were passionate about sharing what they knew. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. It was one of my best customer service experiences, with the staff going above and beyond. Great value for money, especially with the delicious breakfast included. I’m recommending it to friends and family.

The hotel is close to shopping centers, the sea, and the airport, and it’s very clean with a big breakfast buffet. The view isn’t the best, but if you’re out and about most of the time, you probably won’t care. The staff were the best I’ve ever met. Enes helped us with everything as if we were his own family. I totally recommend this hotel.

The receptionist made check-in easy and was always ready to answer questions with a smile. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and their excellent service made my stay even better. I had a wonderful time at Aktas Hotel in Trabzon: the location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommended.

The staff were so polite and helpful. Whenever I asked for something, they took care of it quickly and respectfully. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
