Bambu Alaçatı

The hotel and the area around it both felt safe, and getting around was easy. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere, the tasty breakfast, and the kind, welcoming staff during our four-night stay at Bamboo Hotel. Highly recommend it!

One night I couldn't find a cab, so the hotel owner called a friend who drove me to and from the hotel. That kind of help really stayed with me. In America, we'd call it going above and beyond! This is a lovely boutique hotel in a great neighborhood, close to llica beach, one of the best-known local beaches. Taxis make it quick to reach other places, too. I loved having breakfast by the pool in the mornings, and the place works well for families or couples.

The breakfast served beside the pool was fantastic, and the caring staff gave the hotel a family feel. My girlfriend and I stayed here and loved the lovely room decor so much that it brought us even closer. I highly recommend this boutique hotel, and we can't wait to return, hopefully soon. What made our stay at Bambu was the people. Olgu, Tariq and Rima were wonderful hosts, thought of the little details, and made us feel like part of a small family. We were so comfortable and relaxed that our seven-day trip turned into eleven nights. We're already thinking about coming back next year. The hotel itself has a nice setup, with a pool where we enjoyed sitting by day and at night. The lounge-like eating area became our evening spot for Turkish wine and the little snacks prepared to go with it. There's also a bar, and I even made some cocktails there for the staff and us. Breakfast was delicious and ran from 9:30 to 11:30, so there was no need to rush out of bed. We could walk to Ilica beach, local restaurants, and large supermarkets. The Alaçati shopping center takes a bit longer on foot, but the road is well structured. My wife and I picked Bambu for a summer holiday exploring the Alaçati and Çesme region, and it was the perfect choice.
