Ms. Karaqat arranged a transfer to the hospital when our baby had a fever, and Mr. Eğemen made check-in and checkout go smoothly. The staff were very helpful, even though only a few could communicate in English. I stayed for 7 nights on a work trip with my 4 months old baby. The room was spacious. Love, from Malaysia 🇲🇾

The hotel is near a restaurant, a convenience store, and Gebze Centre mall. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast, and the boss greeted us too. Egemen and karakat were very friendly and helped my wife and me get to the hospital when our baby had a fever. They also kept an ice pack for milk while my wife was breastfeeding our son, and ordered us a taxi to the train mamaray when we wanted to go to Istanbul. Very pleasant stay and service, with such kind hospitality. Hope to come again. Love from Malaysia 🇲🇾

We’ve been coming here for 5 years, and I’m sure we’ll return. The location is good, close to the Gebze center, and the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. In love with this hotel. With love from Georgia 🇬🇪

The only problem was that the AC didn’t work. The rooms are very clean and big, the wifi is good, breakfast is rich, and the dinner restaurant is good too.

I come here every month for business from România, and I’ve really enjoyed staying here. The service is excellent, it’s very clean, and the food is very good. Karakat is a very nice lady, ask her for hot “çay”😉
