The room was cramped, and there was barely any space in the bathroom. The sheets smelled, and the AC couldn't cool the room down, so it got really hot. I'd look for somewhere else in the area.

The location is good, but the facilities were awful. The bathroom was only about 1 sqm, and the sink left no room to sit on the WC. There was no warm water after 11 pm. Breakfast was very poor and altered. I’m attaching a photo to show what I mean. Istanbul is a lovely city, but I’d avoid this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay there.

We’ll come back, inshallah. We spent our honeymoon at this historic hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location was superb. It’s a place we’ll remember and cherish.

My room felt too small for me, so they upgraded me for free. The hotel is really nice, close to everything, and the service is excellent. Special thanks to Navim for all his help and great service. I highly recommend staying here.

The room could use a bigger fridge, and breakfast needs more variety. We also wished the toilet door closed all the way and there was somewhere to refill water. We stayed in May and June for a wedding dress trip, and it was very close to the wedding street. The rooms were nice and got room service every day. Fatima, our cleaner, was lovely, and Hassan at the front desk helped us find a cab at night so we could get to the airport on time.
