Saygin Beşiktaş Hotel

The staff really stood out, genuinely warm and welcoming, and always glad to help. The restaurant was another highlight, with great food that added to our stay. We enjoyed our time at Saygın Hotel Beşiktaş and couldn’t have asked for a better base for exploring Istanbul. The location is ideal, and I’d highly recommend it.

The area feels safe and has an authentic city feel, with the Bosphorus close by and loads of great bars and cafes around. The hotel is clean and friendly, with modern, good smelling rooms. It also has a very nice restaurant and English speaking staff.

We spent a lovely 3 days at Saygin hotel. The small street kept things quiet even though the hotel is very central. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops are nearby, with easy access to buses and boats. Highly recommended!

The staff made this stay memorable. Everyone we met was warm, welcoming, and so helpful. When I felt unwell on our final day, I asked for a late checkout. They took a quick look at the request and kindly let us keep the room longer at no extra cost. Their generosity meant a lot. We had a wonderful stay at Saygin Hotel Beşiktaş and would absolutely recommend it. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I especially liked the illuminated bathroom mirror for getting ready and doing makeup, plus the dressing table with a seat, plenty of power outlets, a large TV, and a lovely balcony for morning coffee or smoking. There’s good wardrobe space, but no in-room iron. The hotel also provides essential amenities. Guests get complimentary access to the spa and hammam, and 10% off massages. We didn’t try them, but they sound worth checking out. Dining at the hotel restaurant is discounted too. The location is convenient: Ortaköy is about a 20-25 minute walk, and taxis to major parts of Istanbul take a similar amount of time without costing much. My only small gripe is the pillows, which felt too full and high for me. Given how responsive the staff were, I’m sure they’d have helped if we’d asked.
