At 12:30 AM, the leg of the extra bed gave way while I was asleep, and I hit the floor hard. We'd booked a triple room, but the bed they'd provided was broken and unstable. I had to spend the rest of the night on the floor because the furniture didn't feel safe. I went to reception looking for help or another safe room. The night staff member said she was the "manager," but she couldn't speak any English, so we couldn't communicate. The hotel wasn't full, yet she wouldn't move us and wanted to repair the broken bed in the middle of the night. Her handling of it felt extremely unprofessional. It was a terrible, dangerous stay, with no respect for guest well-being or basic safety. Stay away if safety and professional service matter to you. I've reported it to Booking.com and the local authorities.

We only spent one night here, and the price was very good compared with other hotels in Konya. Our room was spacious, quiet, and clean, and the staff were helpful and courteous.

The staff were so smiley and friendly. I left my key in the room, and they got me a replacement right away. I do wish there were more cups, though, and the room phone didn't work.

Feyza, İsmail, Elif and Muharrem went above and beyond and made my time in Konya memorable and exciting. I've been staying at Aydinbey since arriving a few days ago, and the staff have been great. Breakfast is decent too.

The staff were warm and very friendly, with really good, professional service. Meryem and Azime were especially friendly. Thanks so much, I recommend the hotel.
