I stayed here with a group tour in January 2026. My room was entered without permission and my wallet was stolen. The cards and cash were taken, though the wallet itself was left behind. It caused immediate stress and disrupted my trip. Three other rooms in our group were also broken into around the same time, so this did not seem isolated. We reported it to the police and filed a report. Afterward, my credit card was used for more than six unauthorized transactions in Turkey. When we told hotel staff, they said there were no hallway cameras, so they could not review footage or determine how the rooms had been accessed. The hotel offered no meaningful help, follow-up, or accountability. Basic guest safety and a responsible response to a serious incident matter. Based on what happened to several guests and its impact, I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel, especially if safety and responsible management are important to you.

The room was spacious, but the washroom needs attention. There was no glass for drinking water. I also ask management to replace or fix the Qibla direction sticker and put a praying mat in the room.

The staff were the best part of my stay. They were friendly and helpful, which made the visit pleasant. My room had a nice view of the city if you looked a little past the rather barren area beside the hotel. The hotel offers decent value, but the rooms and lobby are showing their age and could use modernization. Refreshing the interior to current standards would make a big difference.

A very nice place in a lovely city, with kind staff. Dear Banu, thank you so much. The Turkish breakfast and food were delicious. I'd choose this hotel again and again.
