We’ve stayed in lots of hotels, and this one felt short on service. The rooms stayed cold and wouldn’t heat up. Our pillows were wet, so we had to wait for them to dry. It was just somewhere to sleep and leave, with no high expectations.

The buffet breakfast had enough variety, and the hotel is within walking distance of the Mevlana Museum. There’s also parking on site. We were very happy with our stay: it’s clean and family-friendly, and I recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Osman and Mustafa Bey at reception for being so attentive.

The location is excellent, and you can reach the city center without a car. The staff were polite and kind, and Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Osman at reception quickly sorted out a few small problems instead of brushing them off. Our room had air conditioning. It’s an old building, so don’t expect luxury, but we’d stay again and recommend it. The price is very good for the accommodation, and breakfast is filling, with almost everything you’d expect on the table. There’s no hotel parking, but spaces beside it may be empty, and there’s a municipal car park across the street. After 8 pm, roadside parking is completely free :)

An utterly awful place. Nobody in their right mind should go there. We regretted it so much.
