When I reported that the Wi-Fi had failed on the first night and the heater stopped working on the second, the staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. The hotel needs to do a better job managing its facilities and looking after customers.

Everyone we met, from reception to the spa team, was warm, attentive, and keen to make us comfortable. The reception staff speak excellent English and were ready to help with any questions. That hospitality left the strongest impression on me. Thank you to the whole team, I’ll definitely return. 💛

We had a spacious, comfortable room with a minibar stocked with free items, plus the usual amenities and even slippers. The hotel is central, so the main attractions are an easy walk away. Breakfast had plenty of good choices, and the staff were polite and pleasant. There’s also a large parking area that’s easy to access.
