The room was extremely clean, the reception staff were welcoming and nice, and the location is excellent. Still, check the room size before booking. Mine was tiny, with barely enough space to move around, no wardrobe, and nowhere proper to put luggage. Noise from other rooms also affected our comfort and privacy.

There are two Cinar buildings, though only the one shown in the booking pictures is mentioned. Guests may be placed in the other one, as I was. I had booked an 18 square meter room with a balcony, but it wasn't that size. The room was so cramped that it was hard to walk around, so we were glad to have the balcony to store our luggage.

The reception man treated us terribly. He was rude, disrespectful, and patronising, and shouted instead of speaking to us calmly. There was a misunderstanding about my passport, and he kept saying it was expired even after he had received the correct details. My passport wasn't expired. How could I be in Turkey without a valid one? Giving the details wasn't the problem, it was how he spoke to us. We're guests and should have been treated with more respect.

The room was really nice, with disposable slippers as a big plus. There were a couple of little problems: the toilet seat was faulty, and the AC was randomly loud.
