Fulya Pension

Markets, restaurants, and nearby attractions are all within easy reach from this central pension. The staff were helpful and quick to respond, and I had no problems during my few days there. My room had simple, functional furniture and was clean and comfortable, with a particularly good bed that helped me sleep well. Breakfast was basic but fresh and enough, and service was attentive. For the price, I thought it was good value and a reliable, comfortable choice for a short stay.

The guesthouse is very central, but I wouldn't stay there again. Our room seemed not to have been cleaned: the bathroom, sink, and toilet were filthy, the trash hadn't been emptied, and the bedspread was covered in stains and dust. There was no refrigerator either. Breakfast arrived on a plate and didn't feel hygienic, with hairs, dust, and lint inside the sealed containers. The service was very poor for the location, and the attitude seemed to be that this was acceptable for the price.

We come back every year and have been happy here, so I recommend it. The owner has a fatherly way about him, and the rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and have TVs and balconies. The rooms may be old-fashioned, but what matters to us is kindness, cleanliness, and a friendly attitude, and those are all here. Anyone expecting more at this price should stay at a luxury hotel.

We paid 3000 TL for three people, breakfast included, and it felt like very good value. The hotel is lovely, with very clean rooms and a nice lobby, and it's close to the beach. Breakfast was a good classic plate, and the staff were attentive.
