The staff were the one bright spot, with a good attitude throughout. Dinner was decent, though breakfast let us down. We stayed three days during the 2015 semester break, and the hotel looked badly neglected: there was a collapsed ceiling covered with fabric by the entrance, and the same damage was exposed near the pools. Algae coated the glass, while the taps and toilets were covered in limescale. The aquapark also had a serious safety issue. It felt like costs had been cut everywhere, even the huge chandelier in the center never worked. The hotel's current name is KATTRE TERMAL DELUXE. I don't know what grandeur is supposed to mean, but there was no sign of it here.

The pools are lovely, with different temperatures and a long slide. Inside, the hotel has a calm feel, with a spacious, airy hall and a reception that brings Ottoman Rococo style to mind.

The pool prices are pretty good, and I think they do a better job than Termalya. The walls need more upkeep, especially around the pools, where the damp has left them looking worn. I hope these points will be taken into consideration.

Stay away, this is a very dirty hotel. It isn't friendly or welcoming, and I've never seen a worse place. It wasn't clean, and I felt ripped off. Find somewhere better.
