The location was a plus, just a five-minute walk to the beach, and the food at breakfast and dinner was good, though there wasn’t much choice. But the stay was disappointing. We were there for four days and had to ask repeatedly before they changed even the towels. The rooms and hotel didn’t feel clean, and the interior was neglected. Bathroom showers leaked and left water all over the floor, while the poorly maintained air conditioners kept making noise and overheating. There was no daily water provided, and all drinks cost extra. The staff weren’t friendly either. The hotel has ten rooms; apart from ours, only two were occupied when we arrived. We’d booked five or six rooms as a group, so it felt as if we had the place to ourselves. From what I could tell, it’s usually quiet, with few guests. That was our experience.

The beach was lovely outside the weekend crowds, though it’s rocky, cool, and gets deep quickly. The hotel is close to the sea, and our room was clean. They cleaned it every two days, which was nice. But the air conditioner was broken and sprayed water everywhere when we switched it on. We picked Demirci Hotel because it’s alcohol-free, so here are some details for anyone considering it. Meals were acceptable and the food was generally good. Breakfast was a buffet, though on some days the pastries and börek were awful. Dinner came as one set menu, with salad, two appetizers, soup, and a main course. Water during meals cost extra, which really surprised us. We had only two small 500ml bottles and a can of soda during the whole stay, and the checkout bill was 90 TL. We can afford that while paying thousands of TL, but it felt opportunistic to charge so much for water with a meal. We bought bottled water for the room at the A101 market in Adrasan for 1.60 TL each, so the difference in price was shocking.

The sea is beautiful, and both pools seem perfectly adequate. The food is delicious, with just one kind of dish, but I found it enough and liked that nothing went to waste. It’s a nice family hotel where you can feel at ease and right at home. This is my first visit, and I’m having breakfast here now. May God bless the business.

Adrasan Bay is only a three-minute walk away, though we’d rather swim in the sea than use the pools. For anyone who enjoys pools, there are two, one for men and one for women, and both are very clean. This is a quiet, tidy place in a beautiful area where alcohol-free establishments are hard to find, so I recommend it to families with Islamic sensitivities. The breakfast was very good, and dinner’s salads, appetizers, and chicken skewers were filling. Our room was spotless, with a mini-fridge and a safe for valuables. We were greeted warmly, and they even put a travel cot for my three-year-old son in the parents’ room, alongside the bed in the regular room. Many thanks to Fatih and Berat Bey for making such a lovely place for us to stay.

The young people serving meals were really friendly, and we left satisfied enough that we’d like to return. We stayed with our two children at the end of July. The rooms were very clean and medium-sized, and the pool was a hit with the kids. This seems to be the only family-friendly, alcohol-free place in the area, which can be hard to find. The meals tasted fine, but dinner was always chicken or red meat. It would be nice to have fish sometimes. At breakfast, fresher local jams would be better than the packaged ones. A dinner salad bar with four varieties, where everyone could serve themselves, would be great too.
