Eylem went above and beyond. I came all the way from Australia hoping to explore Suluada, and while I was here I met a lovely couple and shared some memorable times. These tiny homes are a wonderful escape from the bustle, with breathtaking mountain views and a concept that shows great attention to detail. Thanks for making my stay at Luwi amazing. I'll definitely visit again.

We arrived on July 9 for a four-day reservation we'd paid for more than a month ahead. Half an hour after we got there, their Rottweiler attacked our golden retriever. Our dog injured her right ear, and my husband was bitten too, though thankfully he wasn't hurt. They didn't even offer veterinary help. We left immediately. My husband had to speak with them many times before, five days later, they finally agreed to return half our money. After what happened, they should have refunded all of it. We didn't stay at the hotel because their dog attacked ours and bit my husband. I don't recommend this place.

The house we stayed in had a lock problem, which we knew about, but we still felt it was very safe. I also think there may have been an issue with the bathroom drain. Since it wasn't serious, we didn't bring it up, though I'm sure they would've dealt with it if we had. The houses are spotless, with details thought through down to things like a hair straightener. There are washing machines and dishwashers, and the kitchen and bedroom cupboards have what you'll need. Ms. Eylem was incredibly attentive, keeping an eye on things from a distance when she couldn't come herself and sorting out our problems right away. We'd been hesitant because of the negative reviews, but it wasn't like what they described. It has the feel of camping without a tent. The garden could be better maintained, but the place is pleasant as it is, and nicer care there would make it even more enjoyable. I'd recommend it to anyone headed to Adrasan.

The room was spotless from the moment we walked in, and at 17 square meters it had everything we needed. The kitchen corner could use a little more light, and a coffee table would be a nice addition. We also checked out 1-2 hours late and nobody bothered us about it, which was a relief after places that keep calling when checkout time comes. It was such a quiet, beautiful vacation, the best I've had. The care and politeness were wonderful. Thank you for everything. You deserve every penny you earn. 🧿❤️
