The guest relations team deserves special thanks. They paid attention to what guests needed and wanted, and stepped in quickly whenever an issue came up, so we felt well cared for. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. Our family had plenty for children of all ages to do, and both parents and kids could enjoy the holiday. The food changed daily and was delicious, while the all-inclusive drinks were available at all times and good quality. We’d gladly recommend the hotel and return.

We’re already planning to come back to Sherwood Exclusive Lara at the same time next year. After our first visit to Turkey, we couldn’t ask for a better holiday, and our eight nights here exceeded what we expected from the moment we arrived. There was plenty for adults and children, whether relaxing by the pool, joining activities, or watching the entertainment. Meals offered a huge range of choices every day, with consistently good quality. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help without making anything feel like a bother, so we could properly relax. We absolutely loved the holiday.

The location was great, and the kids’ activities were excellent. My three-year-old loved them. Staff did try hard, though many didn’t speak much English, so mistakes happened or you got whatever you were given. The food was disappointing but edible, and the pools were so cold that we saw families shivering as they got out. I wouldn’t return to this hotel. Guest services also told me I had to find euros to pay for a celebration. That felt cheeky and annoying. They didn’t want the card fee, so I had to accept the extra fee. Uber from the resort didn’t work for us either. They have their own monopoly, require euros, and call the taxi.

Eray from Guest Relations was especially helpful when a minor electrical problem came up in our room just after check-in. He quickly arranged the fix without fuss and also accommodated our small checkout request, which we appreciated. Our nearly four-year-old loved the holiday, and everything from the food and pools to the activities and programmes was spot on. The staff were kind and professional throughout. We had a great stay and are already looking forward to another visit soon.
