Sapanca Manzara Villa 1 Isıtma Havuzlu

I couldn’t stay for more than three hours, during the end of July 2025, when the weather was very hot. The air conditioners didn’t work properly, but the owner refused to refund me. I contacted Bookin.com, and they told me to contact the owner directly, even though he refused to do that. I think the owner is a scammer and a liar. The place is one of the worst I’ve stayed in: very old and run-down, far from the lake up a hill, with a very high price. The electricity kept cutting out every 15 minutes, the internet was bad, the furniture was old, and the swimming pool was very small. Don’t trust the pictures or Booking.com reviews. I believe the owner controls the reviews and deletes the bad ones, and I wouldn’t trust Booking.com when booking this villa. It was a nightmare.

A charming, clean spot.

If relaxing is what you’re after, this place is a great choice. I’d definitely recommend it, it’s wonderful.

The owner, Mr. Kemal, deserves a mention. He’s kind and always ready to help. The villa had everything we needed and felt like being in our own home. You can bring your own groceries, and if you have a car, everything is within ten minutes. Without a car, I’d do the shopping in the city center before coming. I’d give it ten stars if I could.
