Hotel ON7 Sakarya

This was my 3rd time staying at hotel on7. The food and service are very good. At breakfast, Gokhan and Mehmet are always welcoming and helpful.

Everything was clean and perfect, with friendly staff and top-notch service. The bar music can get a little loud at night if you’re hoping to sleep early, just a heads-up. Still, a great stay and highly recommended!

Breakfast was a real bright spot, with lots of options and delicious food. I was there with my family last month for my son's wedding and booked a large room. Then I got a message saying we’d been upgraded. The room was large, but dark and claustrophobic, with just one small skylight and no other windows. The duvets were too small for the quilts, and we weren’t sure they’d been cleaned. Water backed up in the shower drain, and the thermostat didn’t work properly, so the room got very hot. We complained, and they were at least able to fix the thermostat from their side. The reception staff could have been more welcoming and smiled once or twice. Though the hotel is rated 4 stars, it didn’t feel like a real 4 star experience.

Breakfast was great, and the attached restaurant had quite good food, though the service there was poor. The hotel's location is convenient, with restaurants, shops, and everything else within walking distance. The rooms are a good size, but the airconditioning didn't seem to work. It was 30°c inside at night. Opening the window meant hearing fast traffic and locals passing right outside. The service didn’t feel customer oriented either.
