Ipeksoy Thermal Hotel

The buffet dinner and breakfast were both plentiful and tasty, and the rooms were bright and clean with comfortable beds. We also found the location convenient. A special thank you to General Manager Mr. Mustafa, who was very professional and wholeheartedly helped us sort out some issues with our trip in Turkey. We hope to stay with you again.

The rooms were a good size, with the double and single beds listed on the website, but the Wi-Fi was slow. The decor feels dated, the beds are worn, the bathtub wasn't clean enough, and there was an unpleasant smell in the rooms, though it wasn't foul. Staff were nice, but didn't seem professional enough for a four-star hotel, let alone one advertised as five stars. When we arrived at 5pm on a Monday, nobody offered to take our bags or show us to the room; the receptionist only pointed us toward the elevators. I'd rate it 3.5 stars. Don't be misled by the old photos online.

The staff are kind, and the hotel is nice and clean. The pool floor feels very squishy, though, so watch your step and keep an eye on your kids because it's easy to slip or fall there. There was no AC in the rooms, and it didn't feel much like a proper resort. Those were small issues, but worth mentioning. Welcome!

The thermal water was amazing, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. We had a great stay in a beautiful, peaceful location, with very friendly and helpful staff. Our family room was spacious, though the bathroom could use renovation. There's no AC, which was fine at night since it gets cold, and the mattress was springy but okay. I just wish breakfast had more options. We'd definitely visit again if we're in the area.
